Mini Smiles

Our story

This seminar wasn't built for parents.

It was built for dentists. Here's why we gave it to you instead.

Mini Smiles began as a professional seminar: pediatric oral health training originally intended for dentists and their teams. But somewhere along the way, we ran into an uncomfortable truth: dentists don't have time for patient education.

It isn't for lack of caring. There is simply too much vital information to hand over in a single appointment: feeding habits, brushing technique, fluoride decisions, emergency first aid, habits that shape a growing jaw. And if a dentist did sit down and teach it all one-on-one, chair time being what it is, the bill would run into the hundreds. So most families get fragments: a quick tip at a checkup, a pamphlet, a rushed answer on the way out.

Mini Smiles was founded to close that gap. We took the education that was meant for the professionals and adapted it for the people who actually run a child's oral health day to day: parents. Delivered directly to you, on your own schedule, for a fraction of what it would ever cost in the chair.

The same education, unabridged

The curriculum started life as professional training material. We adapted it for parents without watering it down. The science stays, the jargon goes.

On your time, not the chair's

No rushed appointment can hold all of this. Watch at your own pace, pause, rewatch, and come back to it as your child grows.

A fraction of the cost

Delivered one-on-one in a dental chair, this education would cost a small fortune. As a seminar, every family gets it for less than the price of a single filling.

Dr. Paul, general dentist and founder of Mini Smiles

Meet Dr. Paul, our Educational Lead

Dr. Paul Nassar, DDS, has been part of Mini Smiles since 2021 and serves as our Educational Lead. A practicing, licensed general dentist, Dr. Paul has spent his career chairside with young patients and their families, and he brings that firsthand clinical expertise to everything we teach.

What sets him apart is a rare gift: he can take the dense science of children's oral health and make it clear, calm, and genuinely useful for parents. Every lesson he builds is grounded in guidance from the leading professional associations, so what you learn is rooted in evidence, not opinion.

As Educational Lead, Dr. Paul shapes the entire Mini Smiles curriculum, from the seminar to the printable parent guides, making sure each one is clinically accurate, current, and easy to act on. He is driven by a single conviction: that most childhood dental problems are preventable, and that when parents are handed the right plan early, every visit to the dentist can be a happy, tear-free milestone.
